The Cupro does not need any screens.
The cup itself is made of metal or plastic? Are the other parts plastic or silicone?

The cup itself is dishwasher safe, but the plastic pipe parts should be washed by hand only

How long is the shipping time?

I don't want the product anymore. Can I return it?
We accept returns on brand new items only. Product must be unused and in original packaging. We are not able to pay for return shipping. Please keep a copy of your receipt when returning, so we can locate your item with the tracking number.
